Q: Can you design or help me design my print job?
A: Yes, we have experienced graphic designers on staff to assist with the design of your print job.

Q: Can I get a price quote for my print job?

Q: How long is the turnaround time for an order?
A: The turnaround time is dependent on the specifications of your order. Our production time is generally 3-5 business days, but let us know your deadlines for a project. We will always try to work with you to get the job done. Contact us to get a job quote and estimated time of completion.

Q: What job types do you frequently print?
A: Alphaprint handles a wide variety of print jobs, including banners, posters, flyers and much more.

Q: What files do you accept?
A: We accept .psd, .jpeg, .gif, and .png formats. Avoid using low resolution images, all Bitmap images should be at least 300 dpi at the size of the print, and CMYK for best results. However, sending a high resolution PDF file is the best.

Q: How can I get my job once it is finished?
A: You can pick up your work, or we can ship it where you need it or deliver it to you.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: Alphaprint uses UPS and FedEx to ship all our products. Rates are based on the size of the order and the final location.

Q: Can I pay online?
A: We accept: Cash, Checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card * Note: All check returned from the bank (NSF) will incur a $25 service charge per check.

Q: Do you offer payment term?
A: No, all orders are payable upon pick-up or prior to shipping.

Q: What if I have a complaint?
A: If there is an error with your order, contact us as soon as possible to return the item(s) or replace them to your satisfaction.
